KU Chef's Learning and Development Day (KU Staff Only)
Description
This learning and development day is an opportunity for chefs at KU to come together, network, share ideas, ask questions and refresh some practical skills. Please come along for an opportunity to meet and learn from your fellow KU chefs. Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
The day will consist of sessions as follows:
Session 1 – Minimising food waste (presenter: Fiona Harris KU learning and Development)
Session 2 – Understanding Native Ingredients (Presenter: Bush to Bowl)
Session 3 – Facilitated Discussion – menu planning, time management, presenting food (presenter: Charlotte Paterson from Nourishing Tummies)
