Connect with other leaders about inclusive practices and pedagogy.
In this workshop, leaders will collaborate & network with other leaders. The first half of the day will involve critically reflecting on group times, routines and transitions, considering whether these are responsive to all children’s needs and abilities. The second part of the day will look at how we can use a whole team approach to prevent challenging behaviours before behaviour occurs. We will also explore how we can support our teams to feel more confident and responsive to children’s individual needs.
Please note, this workshop has been designed for participants at a leadership level, e.g directors, educational leaders, room leaders. in recognition that these participants are positioned to lead their teams and facilitate change.
