When big behaviours occur in a preschool setting, it can be difficult for educators to know how best to respond in the moment. This webinar, facilitated by Marina Bailey, Psychologist will provide educators with tools to respond to children who are expressing their distress through big, externalised behaviours.

Marina will: ·

Explain how to create an immediate response plan to equip educators to act calmly and consistently in these moments.

Discuss the value of an immediate response plan to the wellbeing of educators as well as the child in distress and their peers.

Marina Bailey has worked in the field of disability for over 30 years as a psychologist, trainer and clinical consultant.
