This workshop is offered to all educators. Join us to network over afternoon tea, share knowledge and explore fresh ideas around behaviour.
This two-part workshop series supports educators to deepen their understanding of behaviour through a developmental and relationship-based lens.
Workshop One focuses on connection, attachment, and behaviour, exploring key developmental foundations of emotional regulation, connection-based co-regulation strategies, and the use of universal supports to create predictable, supportive environments.
Workshop Two builds on this foundation by examining executive functioning in three- to five-year-olds and its impact on behaviour, the relationship between brain development, stress responses, and dysregulation, and the role of sensory processing. Educators will also learn practical in-the-moment co-regulation strategies and how to identify everyday opportunities for intentional skill building.
