Our Inclusion Community of Practice is hosted at a different preschool each term.
We extend this invitation to Preschool Directors and Educational or Inclusion Leaders to network, share and learn from one another through a dynamic discussion on inclusive practices, resources and initiatives in preschools. Join your KU Preschool Inclusion Consultants for morning tea as we connect and celebrate inclusion, share some highlights, and possibly discuss a few practice dilemmas.
This term, we plan to connect by:
- Hearing the host preschool’s reflection on recent inclusion initiatives.
- Discussing and sharing insights on implementing short-term ILP objectives when you have several children in a group with ILPs. How are preschools tracking progress against these short-term objectives effectively?
- Sharing resources, questions, and success stories.
- Reflecting on practical ways to support inclusion.
This workshop aligns with the National Quality Standard:
