Online Inclusion Community of Practice - Networking event for Preschool leaders. Online meeting 2 Term 3- Turning our attention to routines and transitions

Recommend course:

Description

Our Inclusion Community of Practice is being offered online with two sessions in term 3.

Participants can register for one or both webinars.

We extend this invitation to Preschool Directors and Educational or Inclusion Leaders to network, share and learn from one another through a dynamic discussion on inclusive practices, resources and initiatives in preschools. Join your KU Preschool Inclusion Consultants for virtual morning tea as we connect and celebrate inclusion, share some highlights, and possibly discuss a few practice dilemmas.

In this online meeting, we plan to connect by:

  • Turning our attention to routines and transitions – discussing challenges and solutions.
  • Sharing resources, questions, and success stories.
  • Reflecting on practical ways to support inclusion.

The Inclusion Community of Practice aligns with the National Quality Standard:

Quality Area 1, 1.3.1. Assessment and Planning Cycle.

Quality Area 3, 3.2.1: Inclusive environment.

Quality Area 6: Collaborative partnerships with families and communities.

Quality Area 7: Governance and Leadership

N.B. This professional development activity can be used towards teacher-identified hours. Teachers need to record this activity in their NESA logbook.
