An individual learning plan (ILP) is a requirement for all children for whom you receive High Learning Support Needs (HLSN) funding.

Are all educators at your preschool confident in developing and implementing and evaluating ILPs? How can we ensure that ILPs are living documents that effectively support learning and participation?
