Together we will explore practical strategies relating to:

  • Why individualised intentional teaching is essential
  • Our role as educators in relation to intentional teaching with a focus on children with additional needs
  • Going beyond group times, how can we intentionally teach and support children to participate in our program?
  • Where to start with individualised intentional teaching
  • Network and connect with other educators to share solutions and strategies

This workshop aligns with the National Quality Standard:

  • Quality area 1: Educational Program and Practice
  • Quality area 5: Relationships with Children

N.B. This professional development activity can be used towards teacher identified hours. Teachers need to record this activity in their NESA logbook.
